About This Course

Perfectionism and people-pleasing are two of the most common and least recognised drivers of anxiety, exhaustion, and unfulfillment in modern life. They often travel together — the perfectionist who needs everything to be flawless, and the people-pleaser who needs everyone to be happy — and together they create a life of chronic stress, procrastination, resentment, and the haunting sense that you are never quite enough.

This course provides a comprehensive programme for understanding and overcoming both patterns. Drawing from CBT, ACT, and self-compassion research, it addresses the origins and mechanisms of perfectionism and people-pleasing, challenges the core beliefs that drive them, and builds the genuine self-acceptance and values-alignment that make them unnecessary.
