Hisparadise Therapy is a professional coaching and guidance platform based in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. We offer personalised one-on-one coaching sessions across a wide range of life areas — including relationships, career, personal development, family, business, youth, and wellness. Our certified coaches work with clients online via video sessions, making expert coaching accessible from anywhere.

No. Coaching and therapy are different. Therapy (counselling, psychotherapy) typically focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching at Hisparadise Therapy is a forward-focused, goal-oriented process that helps you identify what you want, overcome obstacles, build skills, and take action toward a better life. Our coaches are not licensed therapists and do not provide clinical diagnoses or treatment. If you require clinical mental health care, we encourage you to seek a qualified mental health professional.

Getting started is simple:
  1. Register for a free account on our website.
  2. Complete a brief consultation form so we can understand your needs.
  3. Choose a programme from our list of specialisations.
  4. Make a payment and book your sessions.
  5. Your coach will be assigned and your first session scheduled.

No. All our sessions are conducted online via video call, so you can work with us from anywhere in the world. Clients across Nigeria, the UK, US, Canada, and other countries are welcome. Payment is currently processed via bank transfer to our Zenith Bank account — international clients should contact us for alternative arrangements.

You only need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. Sessions are typically held via Google Meet, Zoom, or another video platform agreed upon with your coach. We recommend using headphones for privacy and better audio quality.

Session duration varies by programme. Most sessions run between 45 and 90 minutes. The specific duration for your chosen programme is displayed on the services page and will be confirmed in your booking details.

Yes! When booking, you can choose the number of sessions you want — from a single session up to a multi-session package. Booking multiple sessions at once is a great way to stay committed to your goals and get the most continuity from your coaching journey. Each session is deducted from your session balance as they are used.

Absolutely. Since all our sessions are online, both partners can join from different locations as long as each person has a device with internet access. Simply join the same video call link. We do recommend each person uses headphones in a private space for the best experience.

If you have not yet used any sessions, please contact us at hisparadisetherapy@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate a programme change. If sessions have already started, switching programmes may require a new booking.

Payments & Pricing

Session pricing varies by programme. Each programme has a per-session rate displayed on our Services page and on our Pricing page. We aim to keep our coaching accessible while maintaining the highest quality of service.

We currently accept payment via bank transfer. After booking, you will be given our bank details:

After making the transfer, upload your receipt through your client portal. Our team will verify and approve it, crediting the amount to your wallet within 24 hours.

Your Hisparadise Therapy wallet is an in-app balance that holds approved payment funds. When our team approves your receipt, the amount is credited to your wallet. You then use your wallet to pay for coaching sessions instantly — no need to transfer again for each session. Your wallet balance is always visible in your client dashboard.

If your receipt is rejected, you will receive an email with the reason. Common reasons include blurry images, incorrect transfer amounts, or missing transaction details. Please re-upload a clear, complete screenshot of your bank transfer confirmation. Ensure it shows the date, amount, your account name, and the beneficiary details. Contact us if you continue to have issues.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have not used any sessions and wish to cancel your booking, please contact us within 48 hours of payment approval. Sessions that have already been conducted are non-refundable. For unused sessions in a package, we can work with you on alternatives. Yes — new clients can access a free initial consultation to discuss their needs and find the right coaching programme. This is not a full coaching session, but an opportunity to ask questions, understand the process, and find the best fit before committing to a programme. Register for an account to access the consultation form.

Sessions & Scheduling

After your payment is approved and your booking is confirmed, our team will review your consultation form and preferred time slots. You will receive an email notification with your confirmed session date, time, and meeting link. All scheduling is coordinated through your client portal, so you always have your session details in one place.

Yes. During the booking process, you can indicate your preferred dates and times for each session. While we do our best to accommodate your preferences, final scheduling is subject to your coach's availability. Our team will confirm or suggest an alternative time within 1–2 business days.

If you miss a session without notifying us in advance, it will be marked as missed and the session will be deducted from your package. We strongly encourage you to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions.

Log in to your client portal, go to My Sessions, find the session you want to reschedule, and submit a reschedule request with your preferred new date and time. Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the session. Our team will review and approve or decline the request, and you will be notified by email.

Sessions can be cancelled through your portal, but please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be counted as used sessions. For cancellations due to emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly and we will handle the situation with understanding.

There is no strict limit, though we typically recommend one session per week for most coaching programmes to allow adequate time for reflection and implementation between sessions. Intensive programmes or clients going through a critical life transition may opt for more frequent sessions by arrangement.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Yes. Everything discussed in your coaching sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. Your coach will not share your personal information or session content with third parties. Confidentiality may only be broken in exceptional circumstances required by law (e.g., if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others), in which case we will aim to inform you first.

Your personal data (name, email, phone, consultation responses) is used solely to provide our coaching services and to communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is stored securely and you can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Sessions are not recorded by default. If a recording is ever needed (e.g., for review or a specific coaching exercise), this will only happen with your explicit written consent before the session begins. You are also free to take your own notes during sessions.

Your consultation form responses are only visible to the Hisparadise Therapy admin team and your assigned coach. They are used to understand your background and tailor the coaching programme specifically to your needs. This information is never shared outside our internal team.

Account & Technical

Click the Register button on our website and fill in your name, email address, phone number, and password. Once registered, you will receive a welcome email. Log in to access your client portal and get started.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your registered email address. We will send you a secure password reset link that expires in one hour. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

Yes. Log in to your client portal and go to My Profile to update your name, phone number, profile photo, and other details. To change your email address, please contact our team as email changes require verification.

First, make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link. If you are still unable to log in, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If the problem persists, contact us at hisparadisetherapy@gmail.com with a description of the issue.

Yes! Our website is fully mobile-responsive and works on all modern smartphones. You can also install it as an app — when you visit the site on your mobile browser, look for the install prompt or the "Add to Home Screen" option in your browser menu. This gives you a fast, app-like experience directly from your phone.

To delete your account, please send a request to hisparadisetherapy@gmail.com from your registered email address. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, session history, and wallet balance. We may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding.
