1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hisparadise Therapy website at hisparadisetherapy.com or any of our coaching services — whether online or in-office — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Hisparadise Therapy provides professional coaching and guidance services. These include, but are not limited to:

• Life coaching and personal development
• Relationship and marriage coaching
• Career and business coaching
• Youth and student coaching
• Mental wellness and emotional support coaching
• Family and parenting coaching

Important: Hisparadise Therapy is a coaching and guidance platform. We are not a medical facility, psychiatric service, or clinical therapy provider. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact a licensed healthcare provider immediately.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must meet the following requirements to use our services:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our platform independently.
• Minors (under 18): Individuals under 18 may only access our youth coaching services with the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also register on their behalf and take responsibility for all activity.
• Accuracy: You confirm that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful, current, and accurate.
• Legal capacity: You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are found to have been misrepresented.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account on our platform:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at hisparadisetherapy@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account without prior written consent.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment method: All payments are currently processed via manual bank transfer to:

Wallet credit: Your account wallet is credited only after your payment receipt has been reviewed and approved by our team. This typically occurs within 24 hours on business days.

Refund policy:

• Payments are generally non-refundable once a session has been attended.
• If a session is cancelled by us, a full credit to your wallet will be issued.
• If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a wallet credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted to hisparadisetherapy@gmail.com and will be reviewed case by case.

6. Sessions & Bookings

• Sessions must be booked in advance through the platform.
• You are expected to be present and ready at the agreed session time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.
• Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
• For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, suitable environment.
• Sessions are strictly one-to-one or as agreed (e.g. couples sessions). Recording sessions without explicit consent from your coach is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to end any session in which a client is abusive, intoxicated, or otherwise violating our conduct policy.

7. Code of Conduct

All users are expected to interact with our team and platform respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward coaches or staff
• Sharing false or misleading information
• Using our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our system
• Reproducing or redistributing our coaching materials without permission

Violation of this code may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. What you share in your sessions remains private. However, confidentiality has the following limits:

• Where there is a credible risk of harm to yourself or others
• Where we are required to disclose information by law or court order

Outside of these circumstances, session content will not be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

9. Disclaimer

Our coaching services are provided in good faith to support your personal growth and wellbeing. However:

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from coaching.
• Coaching is a collaborative process — results depend significantly on your engagement and effort.
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on coaching conversations.
• Our platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, worksheets, tools, blog articles, and coaching materials — is the intellectual property of Hisparadise Therapy unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission. Personal use for your own coaching journey is permitted.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in breach of these terms.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at hisparadisetherapy@gmail.com. Any unused wallet balance at the time of voluntary account closure may be refunded at our discretion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, notify registered clients by email.

Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
