About This Course

Mindfulness is one of the most extensively researched interventions in modern psychology. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) have demonstrated significant, lasting benefits for anxiety, depression, chronic stress, chronic pain, and overall wellbeing in hundreds of clinical trials.

This course makes the science and practice of mindfulness genuinely accessible — stripping away the mysticism and cultural baggage that can make it feel inaccessible, and presenting it as the practical, powerful psychological skill that it is.

You will build a foundational understanding of what mindfulness is and how it works, develop a sustainable daily practice, learn a range of mindfulness techniques suited to different situations, and apply mindfulness specifically to anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges.

Requirements

  • No prior meditation experience needed — this course starts from the very beginning
  • Suitable for complete beginners and those who have tried meditation before
  • All that is required is 10–20 minutes of daily practice commitment
