About This Course

Boundaries are the invisible but essential lines that define where you end and another person begins — what you are and are not available for, what you will and will not accept, what aligns with your values and what does not. Without them, relationships become draining or resentful. With them, they become genuinely nourishing.

Most people who struggle with boundaries learned in childhood that their needs did not matter, that saying no was dangerous, or that their worth depended on being available and accommodating to others. These lessons — absorbed early and held deep — create patterns of people-pleasing, self-abandonment, and resentment that persist into adult life.

This course provides a compassionate, practical education in setting, communicating, and maintaining healthy limits in every area of life: intimate relationships, family, friendships, work, and digital life.
