About This Course

Maybe something happened — something that should not have — and your mind and body have not quite been the same since.

Finding Your Way Back is a structured, compassionate, evidence-based programme designed to help you understand and begin to heal from anxiety, depression, and trauma. It was built by the therapy and coaching team at Hisparadise Therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based approaches, and somatic awareness.

This is not a programme that promises quick fixes or asks you to simply think positive. It takes what you are going through seriously. It gives you real tools. And it walks alongside you, lesson by lesson, as you begin to find your way back to yourself.

You will explore what is actually happening in your brain and body during anxiety, depression, and trauma responses. You will learn evidence-based techniques to interrupt unhelpful thought patterns, regulate your nervous system, process emotional pain safely, and gradually rebuild a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and genuinely yours.

You do not have to have all three conditions to benefit from this course. Anxiety, depression, and trauma overlap significantly — and the tools in this programme address the common roots beneath all three.

  • No prior mental health knowledge is needed
  • An open, compassionate mind toward yourself — this course asks you to be honest but never harsh with yourself
  • Some lessons include writing exercises — a notebook or journal is recommended
