About This Course

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of burnout — how it develops, what sustains it, and most importantly, how to recover from it — and builds a practical framework for sustainable, purposeful work going forward. Drawing from Dr. Christina Maslach's foundational burnout research, Positive Psychology, and coaching frameworks, it addresses the biological, psychological, organisational, and values dimensions of burnout.
