Our Hiring Process

We've designed a thoughtful recruitment process to ensure mutual fit and give you a clear understanding of our organization and the role you're applying for.

1

Application Submission

Submit your application through our online portal with your CV, cover letter, and any requested supporting documents. Our system will confirm receipt of your application via email.

Be sure to highlight your specific areas of expertise, therapeutic approaches, and any specialized training or certifications you hold.

Tip: Customize your cover letter to specifically address how your experience and approach align with Hisparadise Therapy's values and the specific role requirements.
2

Initial Screening

Our recruitment team reviews applications and conducts brief phone interviews with promising candidates. This conversation explores your background, interest in the position, and answers preliminary questions.

You'll have the opportunity to ask about the role, our practice, and clarify any questions about the hiring process.

3

Formal Interview

Selected candidates are invited for a comprehensive interview with our clinical director and team members. This may include case conceptualization discussions, exploring your therapeutic approach, and how you would handle various clinical scenarios.

For senior positions, this may involve multiple conversations with different stakeholders in our organization.

What to expect: Our interviews focus on understanding your clinical thinking, ethical framework, and how you approach therapeutic relationships, rather than testing theoretical knowledge alone.
4

Team Integration Session

Finalists are invited to meet our therapy team in an informal setting and possibly observe our team consultation meeting (with appropriate confidentiality measures). This step helps both you and our team assess cultural fit and collaborative potential.

This is also your opportunity to get a feel for our work environment and team dynamics firsthand.

5

Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates receive a detailed offer outlining compensation, benefits, and role expectations. Upon acceptance, our comprehensive onboarding program helps you integrate into our practice and learn our systems.

New therapists are paired with a mentor for their first few months to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing support.

Timeframe: Our hiring process typically takes 3-4 weeks from application to offer, though this may vary depending on the position and volume of applications.
