Team Integration Session

Finalists are invited to meet our therapy team in an informal setting and possibly observe our team consultation meeting (with appropriate confidentiality measures). This step helps both you and our team assess cultural fit and collaborative potential.

This is also your opportunity to get a feel for our work environment and team dynamics firsthand.

Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates receive a detailed offer outlining compensation, benefits, and role expectations. Upon acceptance, our comprehensive onboarding program helps you integrate into our practice and learn our systems.

New therapists are paired with a mentor for their first few months to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing support.
