Thank you for your interest in joining our Support Circle. This general mental health support group provides a safe, confidential space where participants can share experiences, learn coping strategies, and connect with others facing similar challenges.

Our group is facilitated by a qualified Hisparadise therapist who guides discussions, provides educational content, and ensures the group remains a supportive environment for all members. Whether you're currently in therapy or simply looking for community support, all are welcome.

Registration is free but required to help us prepare for each session and ensure a balanced group dynamic. Please complete the form below to secure your spot.

Group Guidelines & Confidentiality

By registering for our Support Circle, you agree to the following terms:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all group members and discussions
  • Treating all participants with respect and dignity
  • Arriving on time and staying for the full session when possible
  • Notifying us in advance if you cannot attend a session you've registered for
  • Understanding that while therapeutic, this group is not a substitute for individual therapy for serious mental health conditions

What Happens Next?

After submitting your registration, you'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Our Support Circle facilitator will contact you personally before your first session to welcome you and answer any questions.
