4. Booking and Payment

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in-person scheduling.
• Payment must be made at the time of booking or prior to the session.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds for prepaid sessions are available only if cancellation occurs within the required notice period.
• Package or subscription refunds will be prorated based on sessions already used.

7. Online Therapy Sessions

• Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private space for online sessions.
• Hisparadise Therapy is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues on the client’s end.

8. Disclaimer

• Therapy outcomes vary by individual, and we do not guarantee specific results.
• Hisparadise Therapy is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients with medical or psychiatric emergencies should seek immediate professional care.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to actively participate in therapy and follow agreed-upon plans.
• Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of services without a refund.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and resources provided by Hisparadise Therapy are the intellectual property of Hisparadise Therapy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Hisparadise Therapy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

12. Changes to Terms
